METAL SHAPING SERVICES
Boone Steel LLC has been a trusted name in supplying metals for over 40 years, and we're proud to offer services that help our customers improve their own productions.
We have assembled a great team of professionals to ensure that you receive quality product from start to finish. We stock a large inventory of commonly used products, but we are more than comfortable with providing custom options to best suit your needs.
OUR SERVICES INCLUDE:
Hi-Def Plasma Cutting
We have a new Hi-Def Plasma Cutter that has significantly expanded our fabricating capabilities! With the ability to cut up to 21/2 inch thick carbon steel and 11/2 inch thick stainless steel with incredible precision and efficiency, we can deliver a wider range of products to our customers with greater speed and accuracy!
In addition, we have an oxyfuel system that can cut up to 4 inch thick carbon steel.
Nelson Stud Welding System
Boone Steel also has a new Nelson Stud Welding unit. Utilizing our Nelson Stud Welding System, we can provide you with industry standard, secure stud welding. This unit has many applications, especially for securing threaded rods to plates.
Press Brake
Our press brake capabilities allow us to form plates from 3/8 inches all the way up to 10 foot lengths into J Forms, C Forms, and Z Forms. Our specialties are stair pans, steps, and custom covers. We form smooth carbon, carbon diamond plate, both smooth and aluminum diamond plate and stainless steel. Our fabricators are also adept at bump braking to form circular pieces for firepit rings or any circular application.
Certified Welders
All of our welders are certified to ensure that we are always implementing best practices and the highest-quality work possible. Additionally, we utilize a third party certified welding inspector to review and approve all structural welds.
Punching
Need precise holes punched out of angles but don't have the means? We provide reasonably priced, professional, and expedient service to meet your project needs.
Shearing
Our shearing capabilities range from 3/8 inch carbon plate to 20 gauge material. We custom shear bars, sheets, plates, and expanded metal.
Angle Cutting
Mitre cutting requires an extra level of geometric precision to ensure the proper size and fit for your project. Boone's fabricators are highly skilled in measuring from your plans or, if needed, from your filed location.
Notching
Many beams and channels require specific notches, but not everyone is equipped to properly cut the metal to the required forms. We're happy to fill the gap for you and provide precise notching for your projects!
